Referral Scheme
We offer a referral incentive scheme whereby you can earn £500.00* for each person you refer to us and who successfully completes a sale. You must get the referred person's permission before submitting their details to us via the form below.

Terms & Conditions
1. Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Express Property Sales has been in contact with the referred person at any point up to two year prior to the referral being made.
2. Where the referred person is introduced by more than one person, we will engage in a first come, first served policy.
3. Upon completion of the purchase of the candidate's property by Express Property Sales, you (the referrer) will receive £500.00 within 6 weeks.
4. In the event of any dispute in regard to the referral fee, following all reasonable checks, the decision of Express Property Sales will be final.
